Qilyo is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for SEO and GEO content production, publishing, analysis and position tracking. Available features depend on the subscribed plan.

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and immediately report unauthorised access. Each organisation is responsible for the members and permissions it grants.

Prices, included credits, tracking limits, billing frequency, taxes and renewal terms are displayed before Stripe Checkout. If you need more credits, you must switch to a higher plan. Credits are not legal tender and cannot be transferred between organisations.

Unless cancelled, subscriptions renew automatically. Cancellation takes effect under the conditions shown in the billing area. Statutory consumer rights, where applicable, remain unaffected.

You may not misuse the service, bypass quotas or security, upload unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, probe other tenants’ data, or use generated content without appropriate human review.

AI and SEO outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. You remain responsible for review, publication and legal compliance. Qilyo relies on third-party providers, including AI, SEO, email, hosting and payment services, whose availability can affect the service.

Qilyo and its software, brand and interface remain the publisher’s property. You retain rights to content you lawfully provide and grant the permissions required to process it for the service.

We take reasonable measures to operate and secure Qilyo but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific SEO results. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Access may be suspended for security reasons, non-payment or material breach. Account deletion is available from account settings, subject to active subscription and organisation-owner safeguards. Data retention follows the privacy policy and legal obligations.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, subject to mandatory rules protecting users.
